The set up timing is from 10am onwards for outdoor and you may start at 8am as long as the work doesn’t create much noise. Overnight teardown is permitted, provided it remains quiet and non-disruptive.
Water points will be available on-site. Please bring your own containers and hoses if needed.
The event will proceed rain or shine. The booths will be sheltered under a tent that houses the event.
Booth setup fixtures are available at an additional cost. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, and other setup materials unless otherwise agreed upon.
Vehicles are allowed on-site for loading and unloading during setup and teardown hours only. All vehicles must be moved to designated parking before the event begins.
Overnight security will be present, but vendors are advised not to leave valuables unattended. The event is not liable for loss or damage.
Please use the designated waste and recycling stations. Vendors are expected to clean up their area after the event.

You may display signage within your booth footprint only.
Wi-Fi may be limited. Please prepare alternative solutions if needed.
Yes, maps will be shared digitally and posted at key locations.
General lighting will be provided, but bring your own if your booth needs specific lighting.
Yes, you will receive details on timing and check-in procedure ahead of the event.
Sales are permitted only during official hours unless otherwise approved.
Yes! We may feature vendors on social media or event programs.
A feedback form will be sent out post-event. Your input is valuable!
Limited help may be available. We recommend bringing your own setup support.
We will provide Point-of-Sale (POS) machines at the event for overseas vendors only, allowing the vendors to accept card payments from customers. The local vendors will have to prepare your own POS machines.
