EXHIBITORS' FAQ

What types of exhibitors are suitable to join in this event?

We welcome gear brands, apparel, footwear, accessories, outdoor services, adventure travel, workshops, and community-led initiatives that align with outdoor exploration and sports or adventure.

To secure your spot at The Outdoor Fair, please send a registration email to chiachen@actually.com.sg or directly to the specific team member you have been coordinating with.

In your email, please include the following mandatory details:

  • Company Name: The legal entity name of your business.
  • Name to Display: The specific brand or trade name you will be displaying.
  • Preferred Booth Number: Refer to the Fair Layout
  • Purpose: Please indicate if your booth is for direct sales, brand awareness/marketing, or both.

 

  • Point of Contact (PIC) Details:
  • Full Name
  • Position
  • Email Address
  • Origin of Country: Where your brand or company is based.

 

Note: Booth selections are subject to availability and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of all required information.

Yes, exhibitors are allowed to sell their products on-site, subject to fair guidelines and venue regulations.

  • Application Deadline: 31 March – Final call for all exhibitors slots or on booth availability basis.
  • Payment Deadline: 31 March – Full payment required to confirm booth number.
  • Branding Submission: 31 May – High-res logos & Fascia Board text.
  • Booth Design Submission: 31 May – Booth layout drawing for approval.

We partner with HitPay to ensure overseas exhibitors can easily accept local and international payments. To register for this, exhibitors must register for their own HitPay account using a valid business entity registration. This allows you to:

  • Accept PayNow: The most popular payment method in Singapore, essential for high-volume sales from local visitors.
  • Receive Direct Payouts: All sales proceeds are deposited directly into the bank account linked to your HitPay account.
  • No physical terminal is required: just a smartphone to accept payments.

All listed prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of 9% GST, while GST is not applicable to overseas exhibitors.

Booths are assigned on a "First-Paid, First-Served" basis. You can indicate your preferred booth number during registration. Our team will contact you for booth arrangement.

"Co-boothing" is permitted only with prior written email approval, with only one display brand name listed in the directory.

Due to the limited space of Hall 404, extra storage of stocks outside of designated booth space will not be provided.

Yes. Selected exhibitors may participate in talks, workshops, gear demos, sharing sessions, or community activations during the fair on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on event programme schedule.

Most short-term business travelers can enter on a Social Visit Pass for exhibitions. However all selling products brought in are applicable to GST. For sampling stocks, exhibitors should declare items through the standard customs clearance channels.
